Refund/Return Policy

Runner’s Edge offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on merchandise. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, please note the following:

-Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods.

-All returns should include the completed return form.

-We cannot accept shoes or garments that have been worn or washed. Shoes must be returned in the original box but please DO NOT PLACE LABEL OR WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE SHOE BOX. Put the shoe box in a shipping box or wrap the shoe box in heavy wrapping paper.

-Please note: damaging the shoe box or returning shoes in boxes other than the shoe and shipping box provided may result in an additional charge. -Products returned beyond 30 days from the original invoice date may be eligible to receive a store credit. For all regular priced shoes (non-sale shoes), a complimentary return label will be emailed upon request; please allow 7-10 working days for the shipment to arrive back at our warehouse after you have shipped the package.
